Send a useful issue report
- The page address and the sentence, button or result that caused the problem.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- For a tool error, the entered values, browser and device type if relevant.
- For a factual correction, an official source link and its publication date if available.
Remove account identifiers, private notifications and other personal details from screenshots before sending them. Never send passwords, one-time login codes, payment-card information or game-account credentials.
What this inbox can help with
We can receive reports about Kivo Sensi's pages and tools. We cannot recover Free Fire accounts, remove bans, process in-game refunds or issue rewards. Use the game's official support route for those matters. We do not promise a specific response time.
Privacy and stored data requests
Your saved presets and practice log remain in your browser. Use their delete controls or clear site data to remove them. If you contact us by email, we receive the message and your sender address. You may use this inbox to request deletion of correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations. See Privacy.
